Claire Peek
Claire represents clients in commercial real estate transactions by drafting and negotiating commercial leases, reviewing and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, performing due diligence and title review for acquisitions, development, and sales of real property, and managing closings of multi-million-dollar transactions. During law school, she worked as a law clerk for the Nashville Predators, where she drafted and reviewed complex contracts and agreements between various entities and vendors, an experience that prepared her to handle sophisticated commercial real estate transactions.
Outside of work, Claire enjoys running, weightlifting, spending time with family, watching football, cheering on Nashville’s sports teams, and volunteering with rescue dogs.
